Local businessman buys four Save A Lot groceries

Locally based real estate investor Jason Word has acquired four area Save A Lot grocery store businesses.

In addition, Word bought the property, located at 2400 Clarksville Pike, from which one of the stores operates, according to a release. Terms of the deals are not being disclosed.

Word owns J. Word Enterprises LLC and, to date, has focused much of his real estate efforts on North Nashville’s so-called Brooklyn Heights neighborhood, in which he grew up. Read more here.
